Dr. Peter Sumich

Dr Sumich works in private practice at the Hunter Street Eye Specialists in Parramatta (www.huntereye.com.au). He graduated from NSW University in 1990. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of Ophthalmology and completed ophthalmology training at Sydney Eye Hospital. He completed a Corneal Surgery Fellowship at Bristol Eye Hospital in the UK. He has had appointments to Westmead Hospital and Sydney Eye Hospital as a specialist Corneal Surgeon.

He currently serves on the AMA hospital practices committee, the NSW Statewide Ophthalmology Services Committee and is a board member of the Independent Ophthalmic Network. He is a member of both the American and Australian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons.
